Joanna Gill is an award-winning London-based composer and conductor with a rare portfolio that bridges royal liturgical music and global screen media. Currently serving as Guest Director of Music for the Royal Family’s residency at Crathie Kirk, Balmoral and Director of Classical Music at HTB London. Joanna's recent highlights include a personal commission from HM King Charles III for the 2023 Honours of Scotland service and releasing her debut Choral album; Love Illuminates.
As a composer and orchestrator, Joanna's work includes Netflix’s The Night Agent and choral publications with Universal Edition. A winner of the Sir James MacMillan-adjudicated Cappella Nova prize, Joanna is dedicated to creating transformative musical experiences, whether for a royal service, a film score, or a local community choir.
